What items are non-refundable?
ALL clearance, sale items, & discounted items, are non-refundable or exchangeable and are final, regardless of damages and/or fit, all damages are figured and included in the sale price.
After 7 days of receiving your order, all purchases become FINAL
Are there any charges for return?
All returns over $400 will be subject to a 5% restocking fee unless more than $200 of the original order is kept.
Original shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. PLEASE NOTE: If Local Delivery was free and you return enough that your order falls under the $100 required for free delivery, then a $5 delivery fee will be deducted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless more than $200 of the original order is kept.
For merchandise returned not in the same condition sent, and not within the time slot specified, a refund will not be given and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer, at the customer's expense(upon customers request), or the customer will be subject to a $10 fee for each item.
How do I return?
Send an e-mail to returns@shopruthies.com with your order # and items you'd like to return.
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
Make sure your receipt is included with your return package.
Return your items in an insured, trackable method to guarantee a safe delivery.
shopruthies.com does not accept responsibility for any item(s) lost in the mail.
Returns must be delivered to Ruthie's within 7 days from when you receive the shipment, not from when you receive an approval confirmation.

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment, within 7 business days, from when we receive the returned merchandise.
